Since I haven't posted any actual "Life in the East" photographs
because of the "Life in the South & West"...
I'm making this one a little longer than usual :)
Enjoy the loveliness and have a great last April weekend!
Tulips, my favorite flowers, are all around the city right now and flowers surround corner delis.
Call me weird but I find such peace walking around and sitting in cemeteries.
Yummy french macarons...of course I had pistachio flavored ones :)
My favorite part of Grand Central is the ceiling....it's my favorite shade of green...seafoam greenish.
I recently noticed it has the zodiac signs on it! {I need to wear my glasses all the time} haha.
I found mine :) Aries...I'm such a ram...very stubborn ;)
These cars were so hot! I want the ones on the left. Gorgeous cars.
Photographing the city with my friend, Amanda :)
One of my favorite buildings in NYC. My very sweet and talented friend, Ania.
The man who gives me butterflies.
Chandelier in my home reflected by windows and mirrors :)
Athletes everywhere.
I really like all three of these statues for different reasons...
to me, the first represents power, loyalty and support from a loved one.
The second, "lean on me" feeling and sticking together.
The third, holding your world in your hands.
I'm sure that's not the meaning of these lovely statues but that's the beauty
of us all being and thinking differently :)
Awesome lights at a bar I visited.
Highlights from our trip to the Bronx Zoo.
Pieces of New York City
I absolutely love this image I took after a snowstorm.
more athletes ;)
Such a cute picture...the child was so excited watching the FDNY truck backing up.
Dog pictures are always cute!
Love the dreamy feel of Amanda's shot in the park:)
More from the Bronx Zoo....I notice out of place hearts immediately ;)
Met with my friend, Ania, at Tartinery...which I was happy about since I'm into all things French.
Had to take a picture of the restroom door :)
Hope you enjoyed!
OO & Bisous,
Mayra
